Decreto N° 5.219, mediante el cual se confiere al ciudadano Pedro Nolasco Calzadilla Álvarez, la “ORDEN FRANCISCO DE MIRANDA”, en su Primera Clase “GENERALÍSIMO”, por su contribución por el progreso del país y la humanidad, digno ejemplo para los hombres y mujeres del pueblo de Venezuela.
