Decreto N° 5.361, mediante el cual se nombra al ciudadano Nelson Alexander Rodríguez González, como Presidente del Instituto Nacional de Parques (INPARQUES), en calidad de Encargado, ente adscrito al Ministerio del Poder Popular para el Ecosocialismo.
